Died at May Court Hospice in peace. Her motto was “live, laugh, love” and she lived those words to the fullest. She is dearly missed by her husband Al, daughter Corinne (Phil), granddaughter Zoë, son Patrick, brother Robert, sister Evlyn, nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her father Maurice, mother Annette and sister Marie. Amongst her many interests, Irma loved being a volunteer at Shepherds of Good Hope and will be missed by staff and clients. Irma’s final days living with cancer were greatly helped by the professionalism and care of the home and May Court Palliative care teams. Heaven has welcomed a wonderful person.

Auntie Irma was a huge influence in my life. She was one of the strongest most loving and compassionate people I ever knew. I love her dearly and will miss her very much. But I will always have the memories we shared. Rest in Peace Auntie.

Irma was a wonderful mother and a friend to those that knew her well. She was always a voice of light and cheer and knew herself well. There was no uncertainty with Irma. She was here to get the most out of life and to live it well. I benefitted greatly from her honesty and sense of fun. Not many people in their 70s would go on a dinner date and be excited that there were going to be live rock bands playing over the dinner, but Irma was more than okay with that! I will miss her greatly. And although I am sad I will have no more girls' nights out with her, I will always cherish the one I had in Toronto with her.
I send my love and condolences to her family. May memories of her always be a comfort and her spirit that lives in everyone who knew her well be a source of strength.

Uncle Al, Patrick and Corrine i am very sorry for your loss. I do have a fond memory of Aunt Irma. One particular summer when I was a kid you and Aunt Irma came down to Buffalo point to visit grandma and grandpa. I remember Aunt Irma sitting with me at the kitchen table asking if I can wink one eye then the other eye separately. I thought it was really cool and I tried to do it over and over. Now I can do it as a adult and every time I do I think of her because she taught me something pretty unique. I hope you all find peace in knowing she will always be with you.

Patrick, my sincere condolences to you and your family on your loss. Your mom lives on in your smile and may your memories of your times together bring you comfort.
We have many found memories of Irma Fraser. The day they moved in next to us in Barrie was an instant friendship between her and our mom. She always had cookies for Dorothy, having us sleeping over in the camper, and running between our house and hers to meet with our mom for coffee and cake - while wearing their housecoats and rollers. :)
Our deepest condolences to all of you. We know she is sitting in heaven with our mom having coffee and cookies. xo
