Died at May Court Hospice in peace. Her motto was “live, laugh, love” and she lived those words to the fullest. She is dearly missed by her husband Al, daughter Corinne (Phil), granddaughter Zoë, son Patrick, brother Robert, sister Evlyn, nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her father Maurice, mother Annette and sister Marie. Amongst her many interests, Irma loved being a volunteer at Shepherds of Good Hope and will be missed by staff and clients. Irma’s final days living with cancer were greatly helped by the professionalism and care of the home and May Court Palliative care teams. Heaven has welcomed a wonderful person.

It is so very hard to put into words all the emotions we the Delaquis family have here in Winnipeg
Irma was a sister an aunt a sister in law but most importantly a women who loved and fought for her family to the core
I was lucky enough
to also call her My God mother
the one thing I will also hold close to my heart is the gift of faith she taught me
Aunt Irma told me to believe in angels and no much how bumpy the road gets or how dark
Keep moving forward there is always light !!!!!!
Rest well Aunt Irma and keep a spot for me
To Uncle Al Corinne and Patrick
may your find peace in your memories and strength in each other
love you all
Hugs

It was only a few year back that I saw you, Allan, and your wife in Gatineau Park to see the colorful view of the region. She was full of smiles.
Such is life with all of us: yesterday, today and beyond. Treasure today, Allan, and be strong.
Here are my deepest sympathies.

Patrick, my deepest condolences to you and your whole family. Your mother had a beautiful smile and I recognize it in you too! As difficult as it is to grieve, I hope you are comforted by all the good memories, love and laughter that you shared, which will never go away. May you find peace in this really difficult time.

Dear Fraser family,
I’m so sorry for your loss.
Patrick, your Mom was always so kind to me. I clearly remember her walking through the Chateau Laurier in her track pants trying to find us as you had forgotten to give me my corsage, she saved the day!
Although this is a sad and terrible time, I hope all the great memories you have of her will give you some comfort.
