My deepest condolences to the family. Being a retired
RCAF Officer, I first met Art at the RCAF Officer Mess in mid-90s. I always enjoyed his company at the Mess. It was always calm, joyous individual, always smiling. We could always carry on great conversation with Art on any topics and his past career experience. I will be missing his presence at the Mess.

So sad to hear of your Dad"s passing. He was loved by all of us and a very special brother to Mom. She always talked of him fondly and I remember many happy visits with your family when we could get together. Michelle and Charlene you are in our hearts and prayers. We will miss him greatly.

My deepest condolences Michelle, Charlene, family and Pat. We all share in your grief at this difficult time. Losing a brother is such a sad event. I will always be grateful for the wonderful times we spent together as early as two years ago, when my companion & I visited Ottawa. We will cherish that moment forever. I will remember him always for his great charm and wit. My heart felt sympathy goes out to all of you, for I know what you are going through.

Our deepest condolences go out to you Michelle, Charlene, your family and also Pat. We grieve with all at this time.
We have fond memories of Art and Connie when you all would come ‘out west’ to visit. Art was always a gentleman in every sense of the word. The times we visited in his home we always enjoyed his hospitality he was a great story teller ....always up on current events. . He was a great brother and we loved him and will miss him. We will cherish the good times we had together. I am proud to have been his sister!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Michelle, Charlene and family,
My condolences to you and your families. I was a neighbour of his for many years. My
memory of him will always be our chats over
the fence , sometimes for hours. Art would bring me tomatoes and bouquets of peonies every summer. Every time I see peonies I still think of him. Always a gentleman and kind to my family. May he Rest In Peace. Donna

Our condolences go out to Art's family. He was a true Officer and a Gentleman! We've known Art for decades and have enjoyed his company at the RCAF Officer's Mess where he would chat about the bands he partook in, his late wife who he says played the piano wonderfully and many other topics. He even gave us his 'scotch egg' recipe. Needless to say that he will be dearly missed by all who knew him! May he RIP in the heavens above now.

Michelle I was sorry to hear of your dad's passing but understand there are very treasured recent moments together. My condolences to you, your sister Charlene and family.
So sorry to hear of Art's death. It was always a good day when there was an empty seat at Art's table at Harmony Club, he was a very interesting and well-informed man. We will miss him!
