A good and kind neighbor
Both my mother ( Hilda Bywater) and myself were deeply saddened to hear of Paul's passing, after seeing the obituary in the newspaper. Paul worked with my father, Stanley Bywater for many years in the Applied Polymer section, rubber and plastics lab, at the National Research Council. As a child, I remember Paul from when my parents " had the lab" over. Our sincere condolences to Agnes and the rest of the family.
