Passed away peacefully with her loving son, Lee and daughter-in-law Rosalieta by her side, on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Leo Racicot (February 17, 1993). Loving step-grandmother of Ryan and Andrew and step-great-grandmother of Sydney and Taylen. Jean is predeceased by her sisters Audrey and Doris and her brothers Don and Earl. She will be deeply missed by her special nephew Doug and by many other family members.
Family and friends are invited to Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa) for a Visitation on Monday, November 21st, 2022, from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9 pm. A Graveside Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Beechwood Cemetery. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Jean, you may do so to The Alzheimer Society of Canada or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
