Passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 9, 2022, at the age of 92.5. Daughter of the late John McBride and the late Laurette Lalonde. Predeceased by her loving husband, Guy Gougeon and by her dear children Danielle and Martin. Loving mother of Jean (Maureen O’Brien) and Anne-Marie (Denis Labelle). Cherished grandmother of Sarah (James Garland) and Emily and great-grandmother of Laurence. She will be remembered by her brother Jean-Charles (Doreen), her sister Hélène, her in-laws and by many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her brother Henry (Judy) and her sister Dorothy.
The family would like to thank all the staff of Oakpark Retirement Community for the extraordinary care that was provided to Mrs. Gougeon.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday June 17, 2022, at 1 p.m. in the Sacred Space of Beechwood Cemetery. The family will receive condolences from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. In Memory of Mrs. Gougeon, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
