Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at the age of 66, with her family by her side. She fought her cancer courageously. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grand-mother and friend. She will be dearly missed by her husband Denis Lavoie, her daughter Melanie Roy (Pierre-Paul) and her grand-children Evan and Caleb. She was the daughter of the late Rollande Lamarche. She was a devoted sister to Françoise (Gérald Desjardins), Marie (Rhéal Boisclair), Annette (Dave Smith), Donat (Armande Ethier), Donald (Eve Woodard), Nicole (Jean Lanois), Anthony (Sylvie Lacroix), Diane (Richard O’Toole), Jean-Guy and Ermos. Predeceased by her siblings: Raymond, Jean, Adrienne Leduc, Madeline Forsyth and Jacqueline Larocque.
Family and friends will be invited to a celebration of life on September 4, 2021. Details to follow closer to the date.
