PRIVATE CWAC (Ret’d), WORLD WAR II VETERAN
Gwendolyn, age 92, passed away March 20, 2019, with her family around her at her residence, the Arnprior Grove Nursing Home. She was predeceased by sisters Christina and Eileen and her only brother, Chuck. Her youngest sister, Marie, of Vancouver, survives her. She was predeceased by her precious husband and best friend of 67 years, Edmund, in 2013. Mom, Granny, Great Gran leaves her adoring family of four children; Judy Hill (Ed), Greg (Elaine Bernard), Geoff (Man-Yuan Chang) and Grant; four grandchildren, Tim Flegal (Margaret Ann), Angela (Sandy), Stephanie and Tommy; and five great-grandchildren, Ellen, Brody and Gwendolyn, and Brianna and Isabella. She was a constant in all our lives. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services.
