It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Priscilla Darlene Konecsni (Dotty) of Ottawa, Ontario on September 18, 2020.
Born October 22, 1951 in Little Rock Arkansas, Dotty was the daughter of the late Lona Faye Chambers and Dean Chambers of Jacksonville, Florida.
She is survived by her husband Wade of 41 years, two daughters Kim and Amanda and Amanda's husband Tyler, two sisters Suzi of Edmond, OK and Micha of Floyd, Virginia , and five grandchildren Avery, Zoe (late), Hudson, Knox and Walker.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Beechwood Cemetery. A grave site service will be conducted at 11:00 AM at the National Military Cemetery of Canada at Beechwood.
Due to the travel and social gathering COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held. These limitations pain the immediate family deeply as they appreciate the fact that Dotty had many friends and relatives who would like to say their final farewell. Family will receive attendees from 09:30 AM until 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Huntington Society of Canada, 20 Erb St W, Suite 801, Waterloo, ON N2L 1T2, https://www.huntingtonsociety.ca/donate/.

All the best to the family and may Dotty live forever in your memories. May those memories be only of the good times of which there are undoubtedly many.

We were blessed to have met Dotty, and her adorable daughters, at a friend's wedding celebration many years ago in Ottawa. We will always remember Dotty's most beautiful smile and the love that she radiated. We are saddened by this news and offer our most sincere condolences to her beautiful daughters, as well as the entire family. May her soul forever rest in peace.

Although a shining light has faded and been extinguished in our midst, God’s newest star smiles down more brightly, and watches over us from Heaven. God Bless you Wade, Kim, Amanda and your families.
