Sanjeev, I hope you are finally at peace. You were an enthusiastic professional, but what I really liked about you was the way you would be so happy to see old friends like me when we ran in to each other. You will be missed.

Rest in Peace Sanjeev! we saw you grow up as a very young child to an Officer with the Armed Forces. Occasionally, we will see you in fatigues and every time felt very proud of you and your contributions to our adapted country Canada. We all miss you very much.

May the almighty give Raman, Kumud, Ritika, Hinesh and the entire family the strength to cope with your loss. God bless you all!

I am so sorry to hear of Sanjeev's passing. I will always remember his mischievous, good natured smile in high school. He made some ongoing bet with me in our Grade 10 law class (something about how we did on tests) by which the loser had to carry the books for the other. He carried my books a lot that year but he always showed up every day at my locker, with a smile, to get my books so we could walk to class together. RIP Sanjeev - you will be missed, and remembered always.

News of your loss sucked a hole deep down in my soul that I fear will remain there for quite a while. Having known you from the Cameron’s and through to the Regt, our periodic meetings through our profession were always memorable. The hours spent in syndicate rooms together on course, or chit chatting over a coffee while on exercise will always stay with me because passion, wisdom and humour imbued so much of what came out of that cantankerous mouth. I’m sad that I won’t have another opportunity to experience more of that. Rest easy, brother.
