With profound sorrow we announce the passing of Ted, at the age of 84, on Friday, August 2, 2019. Beloved husband of Beverley (nee Ash), cherished father of Heidi, and grandfather of Jordyn. Dear brother of Ellen Lowham.   Predeceased by his mother, Hilda Boehmer, October 2016. Ted will be sorely missed by his extended family in Ottawa and Eganville, Ontario, his church family at St. John Lutheran, the ‘Joyful Noise’ music group, all his human and four-legged friends in New Edinburgh, and by his ‘soul brothers and sister’ with whom he hunted every November. Ted retired in 1996 after working 42 years for Loblaw Co. Ltd.  We extend heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at ICU Montfort Hospital for the care and compassion shown Ted while a patient there.  Friends and Family are invited to visit at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Ave., on Wednesday, August 7 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, August 8 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Sacred Space at 11 a.m.   Interment and reception to follow.  In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John Lutheran Church in Ted's memory are appreciated.
