Victoria Stamison

A loving father but first and foremost, an amazing, highly skilled military pilot who loved flying every type of a/c he could get his hands on, the best flight instructor who taught me and passed to my mom, my brother and me the absolute passion that is flying, I would describe him as a "Renaissance military scholar". Him and his finely honed intelligence are sorely missed ..... love you, Dad.

Marcel Duchesne, Maj (retired) - 438 Sqn

I will always remember Rigby as a remarkable individual, always fun to be around with, always keen to participate in squadron activities, always there to teach, and always available to others with his razor sharp mind, inviting smile and friendship. See you later Rigby.

Edward McKeogh Colonel (ret'd)

A fine gentleman he was. With a love of aviation and an intense curiosity about many topics and a willingness to pass on knowledge to others. Long before transparencies and overhead projectors Rigby could be seen with large charts he had made and a smile on his face as he headed to a classroom at Centralia. May he rest in peace
