Eric, Wendy and Marilyn
A wonderful family man and lifelong neighbour. A very special man who always took the time to welcome me home from my travels to catch up on the latest news and my involvement in military life. A generation gone. I will always look back and remember your Dad with very fond memories. Resting safely in God's hands.

I have very fond memories of Uncle Eric. I always looked forward to Uncle Eric and Aunty Irene visiting us in Toronto, was always a good laugh. My favourite memory is when he took us to the cottage, he never stopped smiling.
Sending love and condolences to the family.
The world has lost a very gentle man but, heaven’s gain ?. Xx oo

I will always have fond memories of times spent with Uncle Eric and Aunt Irene. One of my favourites is when I was a child and we finished treat-or-treating in Ottawa, my brother Mark and cousin Erin and I would sit on the floor in their living room and sort through our treats. Uncle Eric was a very gentle and kind person, and he and Aunt Irene always seemed to enjoy our company and we always enjoyed theirs. My sincere condolences to all of Uncle Eric's closest family. I know you will all miss him dearly.

I have fond memories of summer weekends spent at Uncle Eric and Aunt Irene’s cottage. He’d drive the boat for hours giving the kids boogey board rides, and I remember how impressed I was at his water skiing skills and the fact he could do it on a single ski.

He was always a kind, caring man. My condolences to everyone close to him; he will be missed.

I have so many fond memories of Mr Wilson. He always welcomed me with open arms (such great hugs) into his home and I felt loved despite not being a blood relative. His love of family was obvious to all and even in his earlier stages of Alzheimers he worried until 'all the children' were home at night. He had a wonderful sense of humour and we would lovingly tease each other. I especially enjoyed teasing him that he had real competition for those cookies with me around...oh, how he loved his sweets. I was blessed to have known this wonderful, kind man and will miss him.

Eric, Wendy, Marilyn and your beautiful families, may your own memories carry you through and bring joy and smiles, whenever you think of your father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Mr Wilson was a gentle man and gentleman.
