Christian Séguin
1992-2022
Christian, Chris, Cri-Cri was a charming man with a contagious smile. He loved his family and his friends deeply. Through his beautiful expressive brown eyes and his warm hugs, we could feel his affection and care. He touched our hearts with his great sense of humour, and his love for music and dance brought us together. Chris was athletic, but even more, he was humble and a talented team player. The friendships he made were more important to him than the sport. Chris was generous, honest, creative, persevering, and entrepreneurial.
His time on earth ended too soon; Christian passed away peacefully on July 12, 2022. He will always live in the heart of his mother, Darlene Robertson, and his father, Alain Séguin. Brother to Caroline Séguin Leclair, brother-in-law to Justin Leclair, and proud uncle Cri-Cri to Daphnée et Zéphyr Leclair. He will be forever loved.
Christian leaves behind Denise Vaive (Nanny), Lucille Séguin born Chabot (Grand-maman) and several uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. He joins Blake Robertson, Romain Morin (Pépère), Germain Séguin (Grand-papa) who passed away before him.
Our family is so grateful to those who have supported Christian. A big thank you to the team at Le CAP and his family doctor Dr. Zakeriya for accompanying Christian on his journey. Lastly, thank you to the Rideauwood Addictions and Family Services Center for supporting our family. A private celebration of life to follow.
To honour Christian, a donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated. CMHA - Make a Donation (donordrive.com)

I worked with Christian at LTS when he was out here on the western side of Canada. We had an amazing trip together that I'll never forget in Dawson Creek and Ft. St. John. Christian was one of those amazing individuals that would light up a room the second he walked in. Always ready for a good time, be it going out, or staying in and playing a round of League of Legends, his favourite online game. There is no one who didn't know who Christian was here. I (and we, the other coworkers that knew him) will definitely miss Christian's bright smile and magnetic personality.
My deepest condolences to the family, and wishing you all the best moving forward.
We met Chris several times with Olivia (our daughter) and Taylor (son-in-law). He loved the outdoors at our cottage and we enjoyed his happy-go-lucky personality. His smile and laughter was so special. Our deepest condolences and may he find peace.
