Very saddened by a great colleague. Rob was my inspiration to start CACOR's first major research project, "Pathways" using his excellent data base. Rob your mind was sharp as a tack. I and many others will miss you. Condolences Joan to you and your family.

Rob was a model of a man, a professional and a friend -- an all too rare combination. Rob gave freely of himself and had so much more to give. I offer my condolences to Joan and the family.

Robert was a smart AND caring soul, a model of a gentelman.

This is a huge loss as Rob had so much yet to offer. I am thankful for the perspective he gave to me and to those he worked with and those whose lives he touched. Rob lifted the fog a little.
