Our family knows first hand that “suddenly and peacefully” is a beautiful exit from the world when you have a diagnosis of dementia. We will cherish wonderful memories of Auntie Gen during our Ottawa visits and when Gen and Jim visited NL. Thinking of you all as you grieve her loss.

Gen had to be the sweetest, friendliest mom and grandma. I looked forward to the Hallowe'en visit for years when Trevor and Matt were young. The little ones received treats, and the adults received wine! Gen was always smiling, and loved to be out with her grandsons, Sue, Steve, David and Jim. This is the memory I will cherish. Condolences to the whole family.

We are sending prayers and thoughts to everyone in Ottawa from Evelyn and the Kueber family out West.
