My sincere condolences to Bill's family. I served on the Pastoral Care Committee with Bill and saw his kindness and compassion up close. What a fine Christian gentleman he was. Bill will be missed by his many friends at Rideau Park United Church.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Bill's passing. Having known Bill as a fellow co-operator and as one of his clients since the 1980's I know that the system has lost a strong supporter who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A gentle, caring and sincere man who always cared personally for his clients and a gentleman in the truest sense. I believe that our loved ones are never gone as long as we cherish their memories. My sincere condolences to Margaret, Bill's children, grand children and to his many friends who will miss him dearly.
