I had the honour of working under OB at 7 CFSD as a Civilian employee and was one of the best Commanding Officers that I worked for! Later met him once again at the RCASC Reunion in Borden and what a pleasure for me to chat & have a photo taken with him! He was both courteous and an inspiration to not only the Military but the Civilian employees who worked with him! RIP Sir, Thank you for your service to our Country, you will be greatly missed by all who knew you! ❤️??
