Sgt (ret’d) Arthur McKenzie- Passed away in Ottawa on Wednesday, May 5, 2021; age 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Louise (McDowell). Loving father of Arthur (Josée Cotê), Kimberly (Marc Calder), Natasha (Jason Sinden) and Jodi (Les Smith). Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Jordan and Nathan. Survived by his sister Donna (Doutre). Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Marie (Edwards).

Sgt McKenzie served 25 years in the Regular Force with the Canadian Guards/Black Watch/2 RCR and as an Army Cook. Upon retirement from the Regular Force, he joined the 28 Service Battalion as a Cook before finishing his military career with the GGFG. For those who wish to make a memorial donation, you may do so towards the Stroke Rehab Center at St. Vincent Hospital or to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
