Hoskins, Joan Beverley
With heavy hearts, the family sadly announce that Mom/Joan passed Aug 17, 2020. Fondly remembered and cherished by her best friend Bob. A wonderful and loving Mother to Donna (Ron), Darlene (late Robert), Derrick, Clara (George), Brian and her late son David. She is survived and well connected by a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Not a day will go by without us remembering her strength, strong support and guidance. A celebration of Mom’s life to be held for family and friends at a later date.

Joan: I'll miss popping by next door to visit you. I'll miss the way you used to take care of me. I'll miss how you to used to scold me for eating junk food for supper. I'll miss our shopping trips together. I'll miss how we used to laugh at the dumbest things. I hope you're using your newly earned wings to see all your loved ones that went before you. I promise to do that mani/pedi you wanted, but it won't be in that boring mauve you always wanted. I'm thinking fire engine red and a neon shade thrown in the mix. Rest easy, Joan. Tootaloo for now.

Miss you already, Joan. I'll miss popping over to visit you several times a day. I'll miss you taking care of me like I was one of your own. I'll miss you scolding me for eating junk food for supper. I'll miss our shopping trips together. I'll miss making you laugh. I have forgotten about that promised mani/pedi I told you I'd do for you. But it won't be that boring mauve colour you always wanted. It'll be fire engine red with a neon colour tossed in! Rest easy, Joanie. Tootaloo for now. xoxoxo
