Linda Claire Dupuis, 67, of Ottawa, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2020, from battling cancer with her family by her side.
Linda is survived by her two children: son; Alain Dupuis, son; Martin Dupuis and four granddaughters: Hayley Dupuis, DeAnna Dupuis, Audrey Dupuis and Ariane Dupuis. She is also survived by her three sisters: Sandra Labbe, Lorraine Larouche, Claudette Riznek and her Common-Law spouse Jerry Brown. There were many wonderful people in her life that she counted as family. She is predeceased by her father; Alphee Gravelle, mother; Yvonne Beauchamp, her sister; Jacqueline Martel and her sister; Leona Dozois.
Linda was a kind, reserved and generous woman. Not just towards her family but to anyone in need for which she could provide assistance. She was very fortunate to have travelled a good part of the world with her partner Jerry Brown. It was a big passion of hers to explore different cultures and see what the world had to offer. She was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Her granddaughters meant everything to her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
The family wants to express their appreciation to all the doctors, nurses and caregivers at the May Court Hospice who assisted with her care over the past two months, all of whom were compassionate, kind and caring.

I had the pleasure of being kept out of trouble by Linda for many years when we worked together at Rockcliffe. She was an absolute professional whose skills were matched with the keenest appreciation of the human condition. Linda dispensed sage advice, empathy, sympathy, affection and, when required, tough love with absolute precision and without deference to rank. I know this to be true from personal experience. All of those, such as me, who spent their working life in her company were truly fortunate. My sincere condolences to Jerry, her family and friends. And to Linda, a final and most appreciative and well deserved Bravo Zulu.

Linda was my volunteer goto person, when I first started volunteering at CASM. She was always cheery and full of life and was able to always resolve any problems that came my way. Her smile and humour greeted me every volunteer day with a "good morning". She will definitely be missed by all that knew her.

You would always bring Audrey,Ariane and me to cosmic and it was so fun. I also remember when me and Audrey would leave Ariane out apparently and you would try and fix it, and we also scared you with a toy mouse ?,and it was so funny. We all miss you and love you hopefully your watching over us.

Also, Hayley is all grown up now she's 19(she's old) hope I can visit your grave soon, I wish you could see me now Love you.
Linda was such a nice person to work with. She always found the time to help me, and genuinely seemed happy to see me. She will be missed.
