Peacefully, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the age of 82. Loving husband of Irene (nee Wojciechowski). Beloved father to Martin (Kerri) and Philip. Proud grandfather of Emma Grace, Annabel Kate, Shea Owen, and Jesse Charles.
Upon those of us who knew him best, he bestowed a powerful gift, the certainty we were loved, the knowledge we were wanted, and the comfort we were always welcome home.
Charles Patrick Sampson was a good, kind, loving man who will be deeply missed.

Friends and family are invited to visit Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery & Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa, on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 5 to 8:00PM with Words of Remembrance to be shared at 7:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, our family would appreciate in memoriam donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or to the Montfort Hospital Foundation, two excellent facilities whose staff provided outstanding and loving care to our beloved Patrick. We are forever grateful.
