- Friday September 20, 2019 at the age of 89. Widower of the late Naureen (née Hilton). Will be dearly missed by his loving companion Hélène Ducharme. Loving father to Kevin John, Heather Mary Alice (Robert Suttie) and predeceased by his son Kelly Joseph (Sherri Melody Cragg). Proud grandfather to Amber and Gina. Cherished uncle to Lee Power and her son William Brown. Friends are invited to visit the Hall of Colours of the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Ave. on Thursday September 26 2019 after 12 noon. Memorial Service will be held in the Sacred Space at 2 p.m. followed by a reception. Interment of urn will be held at Côte-des-Neiges Cemetery in Montreal at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (www.ottawaheart.ca) or the Ottawa-Carleton Association for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (www.ocapdd.on.ca) would be appreciated.
