MRS YUN LING LEUNG (1930-2020)
Mrs Yun Ling Leung passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Innisfree House Hospice in Kitchener, Ontario on Friday November 27, 2020, age 90.
Beloved mother of Francis (Phoebe) Lang and Betty (Thomas) Lo. Beloved mother-in-law of Karen Lang.
Dear grandmother of Adrian, Adam and Alison Lang; Rebecca (Yanik Ottenbreit), Jordan and David Lang; Vivian (Matthew Tang) and Joanna Lo.
Great grandmother of Annabelle (Matthew and Vivian) Tang, a source of pure joy.
Predeceased by her loving husband for 64 years Tak Yee Leung, and son Clement Lang.
Mrs Leung came to Canada from Hong Kong with her husband in 1980. She was by nature pleasant and gregarious, always with a cheerful smile. She devoted her entire life to raising her family. A devout Catholic, she set a good example for the other family members to emulate.
She will also be fondly remembered by her numerous friends and relatives in Canada and abroad.
On Thursday, December 3, 2020 visitation (by invitation only, due to the pandemic) will be held from 10 to 11 AM, followed by a simple and dignified graveside service.
Once again, due to the pandemic, Mrs Leung had requested before her passing that flowers be gratefully declined. Donations may be made to Innisfree House Hospice in Kitchener, Ontario. More elaborate celebrations of her life will be planned in the coming months when the pandemic situation improves.

Mrs Leung Will be remembered. Although I never met her in person, her son, Dr.Lang, was my family doctor and my friend now. I am very thankful to her as she raised a wonderful son who became a kind and professional doctor for my family and many others.
