Passed away on April 25, 2020 at CSLD Montfort Long Term Care in Ottawa; at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Joulia Bechara. Cherished father of the late Jaber, Jouhaina (Fadi Nemr), and Joumana. Loving grandfather of Mira Nemr. Survived by his siblings Jamil, Janette and Antoinette Bathiche. Son of the late Katrina Husni and the late Adib Bathiche. Jean will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Due to extraordinary circumstances related to COVID-19, funeral services will take place privately at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services on Monday April 27, 2020 and will be limited to Jean’s immediate family. A Service in honour of Jean's memory will be held at a late date when possible. Those who wish to make a donation in memory, may do so to St. Elias Church.
