Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the wonderful age of 101, on Sunday, March 8, 2020 in Ottawa.
Beloved wife of the late Chafic Naoum Azzi. Loving mother of Inhal (the late Chafic Azzi), Amal (Joseph Abou Serhal), The late Daniel, Isabel (William Azzi), The late Angele (Joseph Azzi), Amira (Elias Azzi), The late Naoum (Clemence Azzi), Marcelle (Maurice Dagher), Simon (Samira Estephan) of Australia. Cherished grandmother of 28 and great-grandmother of 43 and great great-grandmother of 3.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Ave Ottawa. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Saint Charbel Maronite Church, 245 Donald St. Ottawa. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery. Donations in memory of Zahie Azzi to Saint Charbel Maronite Parish would be appreciated.
