LEFAIVE, Winnifred (née Ryan)
On Friday December 13, 2019 at the age of 91. Widow of Louis Lefaive, the love of her life. Beloved mother to Louise (Robert Meagher)), the late Michèle Lefaive, Marie (Michael Hincks) and Jacqueline (Jean Legault). Proud and cherished grandmother to Danny, Liam, Sam, Allie, Jake, Maddie, Renée and great-grandmother to Liv.
Dear sister to Marion (the late Gaëtan Valois) and Bill (Leone). Predeceased by her siblings; Reginald (the late Huguette), Betty (the late Charles Hubbard) and Jack (the late Claire). Will be dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Yolanda Laoyan for the compassionate care provided these last three years. Karen Henderson has been an angel by Win’s side for over seven years. Her family will be forever grateful. Win will be remembered as an amazing cook, a gifted seamstress and a consummate hostess. Everyone who walked into her home felt the warmth of her welcome. Every year, Win made Christmas magical for those around her. During this busy season, please take a minute to think of her while enjoying time with your loved ones.
A Private Service was held for immediate family on Wednesday December 18th. For those who wish, donations to The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County (www.dementiahelp.ca) will be appreciated.

I never cleaned her room but i would see her around all the time she was a lovely well loved women. Winnie has a place in my heart i loved her alot. So sorry to the family for there loss. I will always remember winnie for her sweet personality and when i asked how is she doing and her daughter were around she would say she was happy because her daughter was here. Rest in peace Winnie. Love Mary
