Peacefully, in Ottawa on Sunday March 15, 2020 at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of Kitty Wai-Ha Peck. Loving father of Peggy Vance (née Peck) and Elke Peck. Cherished grandfather of Rebecca and Quentin Vance. Survived by younger brother Tommy Peck and sister Mimi Lowe (née Peck). Predeceased by his parents Charlie Peck and Catherine Seto. Raymond will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Raymond proudly served in the Canadian Naval Services from 1951 to 1956. Funeral Arrangements under the care and direction of Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services. A private visitation and cremation will be held for family.
