Peacefully passed away in hospital on Monday, December 16, 2019 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Mary Zakhem (Ghattas). Loving father of Jason (Zoë), Zakhem, and Natalie (Jose). Dear Jeudo to Gabriel and Olive Zakhem and Sunny, Javier and Anna Flores. He is survived by his six brothers and one sister and their families. Predeceased by his wonderful parents Abdulmassih and Georgette Zakhem.
Friends may call at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 1758 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, on Friday, December 20 from 10 a.m. and the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment and reception will follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
