I had the pleasure of working with Denis during my service at RCMP A Division (Ottawa) from 1986-1994. A very kind, compassionate and friendly man, I’ll always remember his morning greetings in the elevator. Our sincerest condolences to the Auger family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless you Denis mon ami.... Steven Schroeter and family, Kingsville, Ontario.

Debra and family, I am saddened at the news of Denis' passing. I first met Denis in 2008 as the Flyer's Captain in the RA Hockey League RCMP Gold Division. I enjoyed both the on and off ice escapades over the years. Denis, you will be missed. The ol' boys will share some wings and lift a pint in your memory this season. My sincerest condolences and deepest sympathies. Rest in peace brother. Maintain le droit. John.

J’ai connu Denis à la div. ‘’A’’.
