You were such an amazing brother-in-arms and an awesome friend. I have known you since 2011 and had the pleasure of serving side by side with you for the last 5 years. I learned so much from your sense of humour and the way you dealt with things. Thank you for your friendship and care. You are so loved and will forever be missed. I am just heartbroken at your loss.

My most deep and sincere condolences for your loss. Neville really was a special guy and he's going to be missed amongst us at work. Patrick Day

Neville was a person who made an immediate impression on those who met him. We shared a room during Basic Int Officer training and worked together to overcome obstacles on the way to graduation. We became friends and shared stories of our lives and our families lives. He and I saw each other periodically as our career paths crossed and we caught up on the latest.
Though we hadn't seen each other in quite some time, it came as a total shock to hear of his passing. He will be missed dearly by all those whose lives he has touched.

It is a sad day to have to say good bye to a good friend. Neville had a way to make people feel part of the group. His sense of humour and genuine personality set those around him at ease no matter the circumstances at the time. A true gentleman with a zest for life you will be missed. Per Adua Astra Neville...
