I am happy to share that Debbie was a proud staff member who consistently put others first, always finding time to help a co-worker, a family member and of course, a resident. She was an exceptionally kind person who held an intrinsic love of family, her Carleton Lodge family as well as her own family.
Deb’s dedication went far beyond her willingness and ability to help at a moment’s notice. She was actively involved in the very fabric of our home- from being one of the founding members of the staff action team, barbequing hamburgers and hot dogs, baking up a storm for all bake sales- including her famous butter tarts, to helping behind the scenes with the operation and supply of the tuck shop, to greeting families at the door, as well as lending a helping hand at a reception. Deb had her hand in many things to ensure the smooth running of our many facets of Lodge life.
Deb will be missed and always remembered. One Heart; One Home.

Girlfriend, you will be missed. As my co-worker and co-planner of all the Staff Action events at work...you were a real go getter and a pleasure to work side by side with! Rest In Peace Deb.
