After a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer Tunde 'Tim' Esho passed away in Ottawa, on Monday, June 14th, 2021, at the age of 45. Beloved husband of Belinda Monpremier and loving and cherished father of Emelle and Liam.

Darling son of Sunday (Michael) and Titilayo (née Yaya) Esho. Brother of Mr. Yomi Esho, Mrs. Ronke Odugbesan (nee Esho), Mr. Muyiwa Esho, and Mr. Busayo Esho. Step-Brother of Mr. Kunle Esho, Mr. Toye Esho, Mr. Femi Esho, Mr. Dayo Esho, and Mrs. Tola Dairo (nee Esho)

Beloved uncle to his treasured nieces and nephews: Ren Esho, Busola Esho, Simi Odugbesan, Teni Odugbesan, Tobi Esho, Esmee Esho, Kanyisola Esho, Ara Esho, Ore Esho, Temilola Esho, and Fiyi Esho.

Son-in-law to Pierre Asnot Monpremier, Edna Samson and Pierre Zita. Brother-in-law to Stephane and Natalie Monpremier, as well as Steeve Monpremier. Cherished uncle to Nathan and Samuel Monpremier.

Tunde was born on May 5th 1976, at Jericho Nursing Home in Ibadan, Nigeria. He attended Orita Mefa Baptist School from 1981-1986, and from 1988-1993, he studied at the International Secondary School, University of Ibadan, commonly called ISI. At the age of 17, he moved to the United Kingdom and then two years later, in 1995 moved to the United States. While in the United States, he completed his Bachelor's Degree at Saint Leo University in Computer Sciences. He then moved to Toronto, Canada, where he received his citizenship in 2008.

From an early age, Tunde's entrepreneurial spirit shined brightly as he took the initiative to launch several businesses. His relentless work ethic allowed him also to have a successful career as a Database Analyst, working at Husky Energy, and then leading a team at Direct Energy. In 2013, he started working as a consultant for IBM and continued his consultancy services under the banner of Idealift.

During his 45 years on this earth, Tunde lived boldly and fully, embracing each day with vigor and enthusiasm. He will be remembered for his spontaneity, his love of travel, his eagerness to help others, his creative spirit, and for the love he had for his family. He was a reserved man, who measured his words, so that they would be impactful. His sense of humour was balanced by his introspection.

He is remembered every day by his friends and family, and his wife hopes to continue his legacy by starting a charity to continue the fight against pancreatic cancer in his honor.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa).
