It is with great sadness that the family of Janice Ysobel LaPlante (Williams) announce her passing on 09 December 2020, with her family by her side. Jan was a vibrant, joyful woman who was loved by many. She enjoyed baking, golf, scrapbooking, and was known for her beautiful smile and daily updates on Facebook and interaction with many. Retired from a career as a civil servant, Jan always looked forward to spending the winter months in North Myrtle Beach socializing with her snowbird friends. Jan is survived by her husband Robert LaPlante, daughter Rachel Tops (LaPlante), son Michael LaPlante, son in law John Tops and daughter in law Keileen Vancoughnett; grand children Cody Tops, Alexa Tops, Noah LaPlante, Roman Tops and Parker LaPlante; sisters Linda Kotelmach, Gail Williams and aunt to many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in the new year at a date and time to be determined.
