On Saturday August 29, 2020 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of 33 years to Mary-Anne (née Éthier). Loving father of Angie, Jennifer, Crystal, Pamela, Kirk, Katelyn, and Shane. Proud grandfather to 19 grandchildren. Dear brother of Paul, Sue, Andy, Carole, Michael, Peter and fond brother-in-law to Jeff and Kathy (John). Will be dearly remembered by several nieces and nephews.

You can put all the titles you want on him, father, grandfather, brother, friend, whatever will feel appropo, but that doesn't truly define character. In the end, Gerry really was a man who loved his family dearly, spoke his mind freely, and just wanted to live the good life for as long as he could. I'm glad to have at least seen some of his smiley days whenever I met with his family. He's off to heaven no doubt about it. Rest in power, Gerry. We won't forget you.

This coming weekend it’s going on 6 weeks since this amazing warrior had his final breath. The man gave me a life In 1994 That I may of honestly never had if he didn’t fight like an sob in 1993 too stay alive too give his last child me a life. An battle 27 years too support his 7 kids an enjoy the 19 grandchildren that came with it over his battle. Words can’t fully express what this man ment to many many people around us. Weather it was my best friend calling him dad all the time too some strangers to him that were my own friends he rarely new calling him dad. He was so well loved. Fly high with nan dad an enjoy the he said she said story’s.
