Larry passed away peacefully at the St Vincent hospital on Wednesday October 16, 2019. He is now in the arms of his wife of 62 years, Terry, who passed in 2017.

Larry leaves behind 6 grandchildren: Dr Danae Brownrigg Kirk (Chris), Erik Brownrigg, Drew Smith, Danielle Smith Lackey (Jordan), Amanda Brownrigg Donald (Mitchell), Tristan Brownrigg. Also 5 beloved great-Grandchildren, Eliana, Cooper, Maverick, Daphne and Julia.
Larry treasured his many travels with his lovely wife Terry, which included world wide cruises and adventures. He also had a very special place in his heart for Germany, not only due to work but also attending jovial Octoberfest events.
The family will be receiving friends at the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa on Wednesday, October 23rd after 1 p.m. followed by Funeral Service at 3 p.m. and 4 pm interment in the National Military Cemetery. A Reception will follow.

So sad to hear of Larry's passing. Always friendly and upbeat, Larry was always a great person to be around. I'll miss his bright smile and outgoing personality. Terry and he were such close friends to my parents- I'm sure they are looking down and smiling from Fiddler's Green. Please accept Caryn and my condolences for your family's loss.
