Best friends for 65 years. Drank lots of beer, sang a thousand songs and had a million laughs. I was blessed to meet Del

Our thoughts are with you every day as you grieve your dad. We will remember him as a kind man with a generous heart who embraced life and deeply loved you, his family and his faithful companions. I will be forever grateful to him for his many calls to his brother/my dad in his time of need. Del was the only one capable of making him laugh and their conversations while dad was passing away were of a great comfort to me. Be strong and proud that Del was not only your father but your best friend! He is now an angel watching over you. Look for the signs, he will find a way to let you know that he is still there for you forever!
Love,
Lynn and Lise and Carl and Jean
